The Great Plains Laboratory has partnered with Any Lab Test Now to provide our clients with in-clinic draw services nationwide. Using Any Lab Test Now is easy as 1-2-3:

  1. After receiving your test kit, have your doctor sign the Test Requisition Form and select appropriate tests.

  2. Go to the Any Lab Test Now website to find a location near you. After choosing a location, you can schedule an appointment online, call for assistance, or just show up for your lab test — no appointment necessary.

  3. Bring the following to your appointment:

    • $35 specimen collection and processing fee for the first two tubes, and $5 for any additional tubes

    • Test collection kit

    • Included gel pack (freeze ahead of time)

    • Collection instructions

    • Test Requisition Form with doctor's signature

    • FedEx return bag (included in the test kit)

The Great Plains Laboratory (GPL) and Alpha Phlebotomy Group (APG) have partnered together to provide phlebotomy options for our testing. Alpha Phlebotomy Group was created with patients in mind. The need for excellent mobile specimen collection services is huge and with a growing list of excellent phlebotomists compiled over 20 years, Alpha Phlebotomy Group has emerged. Alpha Phlebotomy Group is unique in that we can tailor programs to meet the need of our clients. We specialize in concierge collections and strive to exceed our client’s expectations. Alpha Phlebotomy Group is proud to have over 6,000 carefully selected phlebotomists in our worldwide database. We guarantee coverage in almost every city in the United States and most areas internationally.

 APG offers patients and clients three blood draw service options:

  1. In Home Collections – where the phlebotomist comes to you $95 per collection (includes mileage for up to 40 miles, then .59 / mile for every mile over that. Any cancellations less than 12 hours from scheduled collection will incur a $40 cancellation / rescheduling fee. Stat collections are an additional $55 (less than 24 hours’ notice)

  2. Collection Draw Site Locations – where APG provides you with a location that is familiar with GPL orders. Prices for collections vary by phlebotomist (average charge range is $50-65 per collection)

  3. Mobile Event Collections for Groups – Have a group of 20 blood collections? Create a blood draw corporate or wellness event. Price per participant is $35. Events require a minimum of 6 draws per hour otherwise additional hourly fees may apply.

TEST SMARTLY LABS (TSL) — KANSAS CITY METRO AREA

For the Kansas City Metro Areas: We are contracted with Test Smartly Labs (TSL). Laboratory Specimen Collections are provided at $35 per patient. Collection hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm at all four of the TSL Kansas City area locations. In addition to these standard hours, the TSL Overland Park location is open Saturdays 9:00 am-12:30 pm.
