We accept checks and all major credit cards including: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club. We will send a statement of services for you to file with your insurance company.

Heath Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
funds are considered eligible expenses for lab testing. The Great Plains
Laboratory accepts payments from cards that are Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, or American Express.

Test results cannot be delivered without payment.
If you are wiring money to pay for the tests, please fax or email a copy of the bank receipt to our laboratory with the patient name and test(s) performed written on the cover sheet.

Great Plains Laboratory now accepts payments made by PayPal. Signing up for a PayPal account only takes a few minutes and is an alternative to using checks, credit cards, or wire transfers to pay for your testing.
If you choose to send payment via PayPal you must complete the “Email to recipient” section when sending money. You must include the patient’s name, date of birth, and billing address so that we can match your payment with the account. Our email address to send payments to is payment@gp-labs.com.
